3rd annual PILSC Legacy Run/Walk

If volunteering is a passion and you want to be part of an amazing community, put your passion into action!

Volunteer for this year’s Legacy Run/Walk on Sunday June 23, 2024.

Join us this year and together, we can bring to light the often-silenced topic of infertility, pregnancy and infant loss.

Why should you become a volunteer?

Within 48 hours from the event, please make sure to use the subject line “Volunteer Cancellation” in your email. This will allow us to easily see your update as we anticipate being flooded with emails close to the event.

When you first arrive, please check-in with the Volunteer Tent to get a name tag, T-shirt, and a gift bag. Here you will also receive your role-assignment for the day and find your team lead.

Please arrive approximately 15-30 minutes early for your shift. This allows time to find parking, check in at the volunteer tent, and grab a coffee and a snack before starting your role.

The volunteer tent is where you will check-in when you first arrive. This will also be where you can take a break, have a snack, and get some time in the shade. This tent will be set up throughout the entire event as a central hub for our volunteers.

If you need a break during your volunteer shift, please head to the Volunteer Tent. This tent is set up for your convenience to rest and relax.

If you have any questions or concerns about the day, please email Larissa (larissa@pilsc.org).
