When you first arrive, please check-in with the Volunteer Tent to get a name tag, T-shirt, and a gift bag. Here you will also receive your role-assignment for the day and find your team lead.

Please arrive approximately 15-30 minutes early for your shift. This allows time to find parking, check in at the volunteer tent, and grab a coffee and a snack before starting your role.

The volunteer tent is where you will check-in when you first arrive. This will also be where you can take a break, have a snack, and get some time in the shade. This tent will be set up throughout the entire event as a central hub for our volunteers.
